A place where menopause stops being a whisper.

The Bloom is an independent menopause education and community platform built for the transition modern healthcare still mostly skips over. Not a clinic. Not a wellness trend with a good Instagram feed. A place where evidence-based science, real community, and workplace advocacy live under one roof — because no woman should have to choose between getting good information and feeling genuinely supported.

Everything we build — our five-chapter symptom guide, community circles, expert webinars, symptom tracker, and Corporate Inclusion Program — exists to move you through one simple arc: from confusion to Clarity, from isolation to Community, from uncertainty to Confidence.

The purpose of the community is

Bring Menopause into the mainstream and normalize talking about menopause. Help get better equipped to manage this process through awareness sessions, advice of experts, sharing of experiences, discussions, and meets.

Be a support community for women to share their challenges and experiences, learn from others in the group, and know that they are not alone in this journey.

Provide sensitization and awareness about the physiological and emotional realities of menopause and perimenopause to women as well as men who are husbands, partners, friends, and colleagues.

A Note from the Founders

The Bloom. Menopause. Demystified. began with a simple realisation: we were talking about almost everything except menopause.

Malvika Singal: Founder

For me, it started with a period of confusion. I was going through a turbulent phase in life additionally, experiencing symptoms that were unfamiliar, unsettling and difficult to make sense of. Like many women, I initially had more questions than answers. It took several doctor visits and a lot of searching before I discovered that I was experiencing perimenopause.

What struck me most was how little information was available on this topic — and how difficult it was to find a space where women could openly talk about what was happening to their bodies, minds and lives. As I started talking to other women, I came to yet another realisation: I wasn’t Alone. There were so many women going through the same thing, quietly navigating symptoms, uncertainty and change, often believing they simply had to “deal with it.”

THAT was the beginning of Bloom.

Bloom was meant to create a safe space for women to talk openly, emotionally, without judgement, without the need to wear the mask of strength, about what they were experiencing. It was a space they could turn to, to understand, share and manage their stages with comfort.

Deepti: Co-Founder

I became a part of the story first as a friend. Through my association with Bloom, I began recognising and understanding many of my own experiences differently. As I started talking to women around me — peers, women older than me, friends and acquaintances — I saw the same pattern everywhere.

Menopause was being brushed aside. Symptoms were being normalised. Questions were often left unasked. And conversations were few and far between.

I felt this needed a voice and this was a conversation to be had.

So, we joined forces.

Together, we realised that menopause wasn’t just a women’s health issue. It touches confidence, relationships, careers, families, mental wellbeing, physical health and the way women see themselves.

And yet, it remained one of the least discussed transitions in a woman’s life.

What began as a small WhatsApp group of 5–7 women has grown into a community of 2,000+ women across the world and across platforms — women who share their experiences, ask questions, seek information, support one another and, most importantly, realise that they don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

But Bloom is not just about menopause.

It is about changing the conversation around it.

We want to replace confusion with clarity, isolation with community, and silence with confidence. We want women to have access to better information, meaningful conversations and the support they deserve — not just when they are struggling, but as part of proactive, preventive care for the years ahead.

And we want to take the conversation beyond women — into families, workplaces, healthcare and society — because when we understand menopause, we create environments where women can continue to thrive.

We believe the future of menopause should look different.

A future where no woman wonders, “Is it just me?”
Where asking questions is normal.
Where getting older isn’t something to hide.
Where menopause is understood, not endured.
And where women don’t simply survive this transition — they bloom through it.

This is our story. And this is only the beginning.
